League City Utility Billing customers should be aware that as of August, all billing cycles are back up to date and water bills have been sent out in a timely manner. Residents who receive their bill with a past due balance should note that their May bill may still be unpaid. Due to previous conversion, May bills were not drafted electronically and must be paid manually. League City Utility Billing staff can assist customers with any concerns or questions they may have, and can help residents pay any outstanding charges. Customers can call Utility Billing at 281-554-1335 or stop by in person at City Hall from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to noon. Customers can also email UBService@leaguecitytx.gov.
