South Shore Harbour

South Shore Harbour is one of five undocumented PUDs in the City that was created with a Municipal Utility District (MUD) in 1981. These PUDs are referred to as undocumented because there is no conceptual plan document denoting PUD criteria for the development. These developments were created and coined PUDs prior to the adoption of zoning on August 10, 1999. Other than the MUD agreement, the Master Plan is the only documentation for the PUD. For more information regarding the South Shore Master Plan, contact the Planning Department at 281-554-1080. View the Beacon Island at South Shore Harbour Master Plan, Revision 4 (PDF).
