The Wharf PUD is one of five undocumented PUDs in the city that was recognized as a PUD in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for the development recorded with the County Clerk's office in February of 1978. These PUDs are referred to as undocumented because there is no conceptual plan document denoting PUD criteria for the development. These developments were created and coined PUDs prior to the adoption of zoning on August 10, 1999. In January 2009, an annexation of adjoining property (Phase V), into the existing PUD was approved with a conceptual plan document for this phase. View The Wharf Phase V PUD Document (PDF).
