Harvey-Related Drainage Studies 

After Hurricane Harvey, the City of League City hired several engineering firms to conduct six drainage studies in various neighborhoods and subdivisions throughout the City.

To share the results of the studies with residents in the impacted areas, League City hosted a series of public meetings and City Council workshops. Below is a summary of meetings that have been held so far, along with consultant presentations and video recordings if available.  

November 29, 2018 

Drainage Public Meeting 

On Thursday, November 29, residents are invited to a public meeting to discuss preliminary information on engineering drainage studies related to Hurricane Harvey in the Greater Bay Colony Area and Dove Meadows subdivisions.

November 8, 2018

Town Hall Meeting - Flooding Next Steps
On Thursday, November 8, 2018, City Staff hosted a Town Hall meeting to present drainage studies related to neighborhoods and subdivisions that flooded during Hurricane Harvey.

Drainage Public Meeting 
On Thursday, September 6, 2018, the City of League City met with residents to share preliminary information on engineering drainage studies related to Hurricane Harvey in the following subdivisions: Brittany Bay, Cedar Landing, Clear Creek Meadows, Clear Creek Heights, Country Side, Ellis Landing, Hidden Oaks, The Meadows, Newport, Rustic Oaks, and The Landing.
