Outreach services bring the library beyond its walls and out into our community. Staff are available by appointment to provide storytimes, library card sign-up, general information, presentations on specific topics, and more. Services are free.

Other Programs & Services

Galveston County Home Delivery
Galveston's Rosenberg Library offers book delivery to county residents who are home-bound due to a temporary or long-term disability. Apply online or contact extension services at 409-763-8854, ext. 136.

Talking Book Program
The Talking Book Program (TBP) provides free library services to Texans who are blind or have a visual, physical, or reading disability. More information, including their application, can be found through the TBP website. This service is provided through the Texas State Library and Archives Commission.
