Scope of Work 

This GO Bond project designed overland flow to provide improved drainage of Deer Ridge Drive into Bradshaw Ditch, while reducing excessive flooding in the street during extreme events. The project includes installing new storm drains, a trash trooper that will collect trash before entering into the drainage ditch, road pavement, and curbs.

Project Status as of August 2022

The contractor has poured the street lanes on Turtlewood Drive and is working on the completion of the wrought iron fence installation. The contractor is coming to the end of their construction and is anticipated to have the substantial completion walkthrough by mid-August. The final acceptance is anticipated in September.
