[ARCHIVED] How would we reach you during an emergency?

Swift911Public

League City’ uses SwiftReach, an emergency notification system, to provide essential information to residents during emergency situations such as hurricanes. Emergency alerts sent by the City will communicate the need to evacuate, shelter-in-place, boil water, or avoid hazardous areas due to flooding or downed power lines.

Residents must sign-up to receive emergency notifications from League City.

Text the word SWIFT911 to 99538 or click here to register.

The City’s emergency notification system does not provide weather alerts—such as warnings and watches—during storm or extreme weather events. Those notifications come to your mobile device from the National Weather Service Office. If you are not currently receiving weather alerts, you need to check the settings on your mobile phone. You can also download the FEMA app on your phone to receive real-time alerts.
