On Tuesday, October 20, . Galveston County believes the issue may have only impacted early voters at Precinct 220 (Bay Colony Area). However, County staff are still testing and auditing the electronic ballots at all polling locations.

League City is advising all registered voters within the City to double-check that the League City Council races are included on their electronic ballot. If they are not, we are advising voters to NOT cast their ballot and to immediately report the issue to a worker at the polling location.

League City administration is expecting the Galveston County Clerk’s Office to release more details about the cause of the issue and the possible ramifications as they investigate the matter. City officials believed it was prudent to make residents aware, as soon as possible, of the potential problem as early voting continues throughout the City.

League City residents who have already early voted and are concerned about the completeness of their ballot are advised to contact the Galveston County Clerk’s Office at 409-770-5108.
