Unofficial final election results from both Galveston and Harris counties indicate there will be a runoff election on December 15 between Rachel McAdam and John Bowen for League City Council Position 4 and between Wes Chorn and Justin Hicks for Position 5. Candidates must receive 50% of the vote, otherwise a runoff is required. Incumbent Larry Millican ran unopposed for Position 3.
