View the presentation and video below of the Bay Colony Park public meeting held on November 12. The meeting was to gather citizen input concerning the preliminary master plan alternatives for the new park and to consider options for Phase 1. Phase 1 of the park, which is to be constructed near Calder Road and Ervin Street, is slated to feature five youth softball fields, a trail, restrooms, scoring facility, concession stand, parking, and maintenance building. Funding for Phase 1 is being provided by the 4B Corporation and is designated for amateur athletic facilities only. The League City Park Board approved moving forward with Phase 1 approximately a year ago. The City’s consultant, TBG Partners, is currently gathering information from staff and citizens to develop a final master plan for the park.
