Holiday Adoption Specials
Starting December 12, the League City Animal Care and Adoption Center will be offering residents $12 adoptions as part of the “12 Days of Pet-mas,” or if residents prefer, they can spin the dreidel to determine the price. No adoption will cost more than $12.

Home for the Holidays
For those who are not yet ready to adopt an animal, are still considering whether or not to add new family member, or would like to introduce a new dog or cat to see how their current pet reacts, consider becoming part of the center’s Home for the Holidays program. The foster program allows animals to stay at a warm and loving home during the holidays. There is no long-term obligation, and the center will supply the foster family with everything needed to care for the animal. To fill out an application form click here.
Dear Santa Program
Each animal at the shelter has made their wish to Santa as part of the shelter's “Dear Santa” program. On a Christmas tree displayed in the building’s lobby, ornaments have an item listed for each animal. Residents can select an ornament with an item to donate to that animal. Starting at just $5, there is a donation that fits every budget
