Learn more about League City's rich history by participating in this month's "WALKabout League City" event. On Saturday, April 17 at 10 a.m., tour guides with the League City Historical Society will take you on a stroll under an alley of oaks in League City along 3rd Street. Deep in the heart of the neighborhood, 3rd Street is lined with homes of past prominent League City residents as well as a few community buildings and businesses. Bring your walking shoes and step back in history!

Know before you go:
- Tour will be 100% outdoors
- To allow for social distancing, tours will have a limited capacity (3 groups of 12)
- Guides will maintain a social distance of 6 feet between themselves and you, your pair or your pod
- Masks are recommended during the tour
- Bring water, sunscreen, and hand sanitizer
- Please wear walking shoes for your comfort as the WALKabout will be approximately 1 mile
