Firefighters with the League City Fire Department and officers with the League City Police Department are preparing to face off in a fun game of flag football for a good cause. On May 8, the two departments will "Battle for Holden,"  a Clear Creek High School senior football player. Holden James was hurt while the team was practicing running plays on December 4.Some of his injuries include a popliteal artery injury, a knee joint complete disruption with compartment syndrome, and a dead muscle. Doctors had to amputate one of his legs as a result.
