Due to supply chain issues facing the state and entire country, the reopening of Big League Dreams League City has been delayed to the the new year. Uncontrollable delays have forced Big League Dreams USA, the management and operating company which is currently renovating and upgrading the City owned sports facility, to delay the opening from December to the first quarter of 2022.
Big League Dreams USA, which is under new ownership, is in the midst of restoring and enhancing the 15-year-old complex to make it one of the most desirable sports facilities in the country. The upgrades and improvements include new stadium seating, a full restaurant and restroom remodel, infield turf, netting, a playground remodel, and much more. League City is the first of nine Big League Dreams USA facilities to undergo improvements. The other facilities are located in Texas, Nevada, and California.
"All Big League Dreams League City improvements and upgrades are moving along very well," says Jen Schaff, the company spokesperson." We are excited about the progress and the opening of this first class venue."
