Is your HOA part of the League City HOA Alliance?
City staff members from various departments attended the May 3 quarterly meeting of the League City HOA Alliance. The alliance has been in existence since 2013 and brings together board presidents and members from homeowner associations across the City to discuss various issues and challenges, share best practices, and hear from city staff on a variety of topics. Over two dozen HOA reps attended the most recent meeting and heard presentations from Executive Director of Project Management Ron Bavarian and Executive Director of Development Services Chris Sims. The two delivered updates and answered questions regarding various capital improvement projects across the city—including traffic and drainage projects that are part of the 2019 Bond Program—as well as an update on future residential development.
