League City and the surrounding communities of Kemah and Clear Laks Shores are pursuing a grant from TxDOT that would extend sidewalk connectivity along FM 2094. The proposed project would offer needed connectivity to key destinations including local businesses, schools, and retirement facilities.
Businesses along FM 2094 and parents of children who attend Stewart Elementary and Ferguson Elementary are encouraged to attend a public meeting on May 25, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Clear Lake Shores Club House located at 931 Cedar Road. During the meeting, attendees will learn more details about the project, its timeline, and its benefits to the community. City staff from League City, Kemah, and Clear Lake Shores will be present to provide information, answer questions, and display various drawings of the proposed sidewalk extension project.
