Tuesday, June 6 from 2 to 3 p.m.; for all ages
Come together for a fun community art project that will hang up all summer in the children’s section. See we each bring beauty to create a masterpiece. 

Teen Aspiring Authors

Tuesday, June 6 from 5 to 7 p.m.; for ages 12 to 18
Grow as an emerging author! Share your works in progress with fellow writers and provide feedback for each other. This program is hosted by a Teen Advisory Board member.
Note: Please bring your original works so that other aspiring authors can provide feedback. Original works may include PG-13 and TV-14 content.

Science of Sound

Wednesday, June 7 from 2 to 3 p.m.; for 1st to 5th graders; in the Civic Center
Students will have fun learning about the science behind how musical instruments work. Science has never been so entertaining! Children will sit with other students. Parents/Caregivers will be seated in the back of the room. If you need accommodations for your student, please contact Kate Guynn kate.guynn@leaguecitytx.gov.

Jazz and Wine Night

Friday, June 9 from 6:30 to 8 p.m.; for adults 21+; at Hometown Heroes Park
Todd Parker presents the KTSU Jazz Ensemble Quintet. 

Cookbook Book Club

Saturday, June 10 from 3:30 to 5 p.m.; for adults
Join us on the second Saturday to explore new cookbooks, swap recipes, and discover tips and tools. No specific book to read! Try a new recipe or grab an old standby based on each monthly theme. Plowman Wildlife Experience

Wednesday, June 14 from 2 to 3 p.m.; for 1st to 5th graders; at the Civic Center
Take part in an interactive and educational animal experience that allows you to get wildly up close and personal with animals from around the world and inspire a passion for wildlife conservation. Teen Crafternoon

Wednesday, June 14  from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.; for ages 12 to 18
Feeling crafty? Let’s make something together! We provide the materials, you bring the creativity. On June 14, we'll make fluffy slime!

Learn to make decorative designs from thin strips of colorful curled paper.
