FREE “Art of Paper” Exhibit at Civic Center
The latest exhibit at League City’s FREE public art gallery—located in the lobby of the Johnny Arolfo Civic Center—is now on display. Entitled, “The Art of Paper”, the exhibit features a hanging origami display throughout the lobby as well as wall art, three-dimensional art, and sculptures—all made from paper—by professional and amateur artists as young as six years old. Some of the art on display is for sale. Those interested in purchasing can contact the artist directly but may not obtain the piece until the gallery exhibition ends in late August.
Gallery hours are as follows
- Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Friday 7:30 a.m. to noon
