Celebrate Independence Day in League City with Two Free Events


July 3 Fireworks Extravaganza

Bring your lawn chairs or blankets, and come out to the Chester L. Davis Sportsplex on July 3 for an evening of food, fun, and FIREWORKS! There will be food trucks, live music from Velvet Punch, inflatables, and more. Fireworks start promptly at 9 p.m. Coolers are allowed. No alcohol, pop-up tents, drones, fireworks, or pets. Additional parking will be available at Hometown Heroes Park, with free shuttle service provided to and from the Sportsplex, starting at 5 p.m. and ending at 10:30 p.m.

July 4 Citizen Appreciation Day

Stop by Hometown Heroes Park on July 4 for another family-friendly celebration. Enjoy complimentary hot dogs and cotton candy, live entertainment, a petting zoo, face-painting, and moonwalks. The Hometown Heroes Pool will be open as well.
