Every two years, the City of League City hires ETC Institute—a nationally recognized government research and survey company—to administer a Citizen Satisfaction Survey.
The survey is conducted in two parts. First—it is mailed to a randomly sampled group of over 400 diverse residents who live across the city. The results of this statistically valid survey are currently being tallied and analyzed for a report that will be presented to the City Council in the new year.
The second part of the contract with ETC is to provide the survey electronically to any resident who is interested in taking it. An online link to the survey is now available and will remain open for the next few weeks.

Your input on the survey is extremely important. The City Council regularly makes decisions that affect a wide range of City services, including public safety, parks and recreation, public works, code enforcement, and the future endeavors of the City. To make sure League City's priorities are aligned with the needs of our residents, we need to know what you think. The results of this survey will be used to help inform future decision-making.
